Wednesday at 8:54 a.m., a traffic hazard was reported on Water Street.

10:15 a.m., criminal mischief was reported on Eastern Avenue.

10:23 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Kelton Road.

1:23 p.m., a traffic hazard was reported on Cushing Street and Eastern Avenue.

3:19 p.m., a well-being check was performed on Winthrop Street.

3:25 p.m., two Portland women, ages 18 and 20, were each issued a summons on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking after shoplifting was reported on Civic Center Drive.

4:15 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Green Street.

3:12 p.m., Joseph M. Johnson, 37, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of indecent conduct after a disturbance was reported on Northern Avenue.

3:40 p.m., a well-being check was performed on Northern Avenue.

7:44 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Howard Street.

8:28 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on North Street.

8:46 p.m., a well-being check was performed on Bond Brook and Leighton roads.

9:13 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Gage Street.

11:34 p.m., criminal mischief was reported on School Street.

Thursday at 4:33 a.m., a disturbance was reported on Chapel Street.

5:53 a.m., a well-being check was performed on Edison Drive.

7:20 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Jabee Lane.

GARDINER

Wednesday at 10:17 a.m., theft was reported on Bridge Street.

11:41 a.m., theft was reported on Brunswick Avenue.

6:26 p.m., theft was reported on School Street.

HALLOWELL

Wednesday on 4:24 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Water Street.

Thursday at 1:22 a.m., suspicious activity was reported on Vaughan Road.

ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Wednesday at 9:21 p.m., Staci Ann King, 30, of West Gardiner, was arrested at the Kennebec County jail on three charges of failure to pay fines.

2:42 p.m., Brandon Lee Tobey, 31, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault with prior convictions after a domestic disturbance was reported on North Belfast Avenue.

CHELSEA

Wednesday at 4:20 p.m., Daniel Pallis, 27, of Dresden, and his passenger, Jessica Johnson, 30, of Randolph, were each arrested on a charge of violating bail conditions (testing positive for drug use) following a traffic stop on Togus Road. Johnson also was arrested on a probation hold.

Thursday at 8:58 a.m., Andrew Hopkins, 24, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of operating after his license was suspended, failing to give a correct name and date of birth and aggravated forgery after a traffic stop was performed on Togus Road.

9:10 a.m., Nathan Price, 29, of Chelsea, was arrested on a probation hold (testing positive for drug use) and a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop was performed on Birmingham Road. His passenger, Christina Cruz, 26, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for an earlier charge of operating after suspension and a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
