ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 1:10 p.m., Shaun Robert Stanton, 27, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of failing to appear in court.

Thursday at 12:37 a.m., John Henry Reynolds, 49, of Clinton, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence with three prior convictions.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 11:15 p.m., April Meserve, 32, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, unlawful possession of a hypodermic apparatus and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as a warrant.

Thursday at 12:54 a.m., Justin Nesbitt, 30, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

SUMMONSES

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 7:47 p.m., David J. McLeod, 30, of Pittsfield, was summoned on a charge of possession of marijuana.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7:23 a.m., Joni E. Hamilton, 53, of Winslow, was summoned on a charge of assault.

9:17 a.m., Theresa Louise Smith, 38, of Oakland, was summoned on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.

10:19 p.m., Laurie A. Chabot, 47, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of failing to register a vehicle.
