ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 11:20 a.m., David Eaton Sr., 57, of Strong, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 4:29 p.m., Zachary Allen Harrington, 32, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant.

4:58 p.m., Lawrence James Church, 29, of Sumner, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief.

5:22 p.m., Rex Allen Call, 31, of Palmyra, was arrested on 12 warrants for failing to appear for a fine hearing.

5:23 p.m., Charles Alan Quimby, 36, of Mercer, was arrested on a warrant.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 9 p.m., Frank F. Condon, 39, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault with a prior offense.

SUMMONSES

IN FAIRFIELD, Saturday at 8 p.m., Damian M. DePalma, 23, of Fairfield, was summoned on a charge of terrorizing.

Sunday at 11:35 p.m., Lucien C. Brooks, 48, of Waterville, was summoned on a criminal charge of operating a vehicle after a suspension.
