Jury selection is expected to begin in March in the trial of a Biddeford man who is accused of 29 counts of gross sexual assault and one count of incest.
Ralph Miller, 45, is accused of committing the sex assaults on several dates from January 2009 to April 2011.
The names of alleged victims have been sealed by the court, but indictment documents indicate the person was a relative or someone over whom Miller had custody or guardianship. Miller was indicted on the 29 counts Jan. 5 by a York County grand jury.
