ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 12:06 a.m., Blair Charles Laubenstein, 33, of Hallowell, was arrested on a probation hold.

2:50 a.m., Christopher B. Washburn, 29, of St. Albans, was arrested on three warrants.

2:19 p.m., Maurice E. Bowring, 58, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of contempt of probate court.

11:29 p.m., Leo William Householder, 23, of China, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

11:59 p.m., Joel Lee Flanagin, 34, of Anson, was arrested on two warrants.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 5:13 p.m., Timothy Turmelle, 62, of Vassalboro, was arrested on charges of criminally operating a vehicle under the influence with one prior conviction and operating a vehicle without a license.

Thursday at 3:27 a.m., a juvenile, 17, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without a license and consuming liquor while a minor.

SUMMONSES

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 7:35 a.m., David M. Roscoe, 26, of Oakland, was summoned on charges of cultivating marijuana.

9:35 a.m., Mellisa Pomerleau, 43, of Oakland, was summoned on a charge of operating a vehicle after a license suspension.
