IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 1:21 a.m., Jeremy Douglas Chartrand, 41, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.
10:53 a.m., Patrick J. McAffe, 37, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation, with priors, and with violating conditions of release.
10:44 p.m., Randall Lee Brackett, 31, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two charges of assault, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating without a license, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means possible.
