AUGUSTA

Thursday at 9:07 a.m., a caller from Morton Place reported theft.

10:04 a.m., a 53-year-old West Gardiner man was issued a summons at Riverside Drive and Route 3 charging him with failure to register a vehicle more than 150 days after moving to Maine.

11:30 a.m., an assault was reported to the police on Union Street.

12 p.m., a Davis Street caller reported an assault.

Friday at 12:55 a.m., a Northern Avenue caller reported criminal mischief.

5:25 p.m., a Bangor Street caller reported criminal trespassing.

HALLOWELL

Thursday at 9:27 a.m., a Second Street caller reported criminal mischief.

4:38 p.m., a Warren Street caller reported harassment.

10:39 p.m., a 31-year-old Manchester man was issued a summons charging him with operating a vehicle without a license following a traffic stop at Winthrop and Warren streets.

WINTHROP

Thursday at 11:18 a.m., criminal mischief was reported at the beach on Bowdoin Street.

12:24 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Main Street.

ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Thursday at 11:26 a.m., Chelsea Heath, 26, of Solon, was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop at State and Capitol streets.

9:41 p.m., Alyssa May Joslyn, 27, of Oakland, was arrested at the Kennebec County jail on a charge of failure to appear.

12:09 p.m., Robert M. Warnock, 54, of Augusta, was arrested on Mayflower Road on charges of violating protection from abuse order and violating condition of release.

1:37 a.m., Shannon R. Collins, 32, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on Green Street.
