ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday at 2:25 a.m., Nathaniel Tilton, 41, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

8:50 a.m., Jason Hawkins, 36, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

12:11 p.m., Zachary Eccleston, 20, of Unity, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release on a protection order.

12:58 p.m., Fred Chapman, 48, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.

11:25 p.m., Joseph Cote, 32, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 8:40 p.m., William Ricky McCarty, 18, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.

11:21 p.m., Wayne R. Hargrove, 24, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant for an unpaid fine.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 7:46 a.m., Keith A. Paul Jr., 18, of Cornville, was arrested on a warrant.

3:19 p.m., Robert Henry White III, 29, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

SUMMONS

IN OAKLAND, Friday at 8:57 p.m., Zachary Simpson, 20, of Oakland, was summonsed on charges of motor vehicle speeding 30 plus mph over the speed limit and driving to endanger.

Saturday at 12:26 a.m., a 16 year-old was summonsed on charges of operating an all-terrain vehicle under 18 without headgear, operating an all-terrain vehicle on a public way and failure to use all-terrain vehicle lights.

IN WINSLOW, Friday at 11:19 p.m., Zachary Tyler O’Connor, 22, of Waterville, was summonsed on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and possession of suspended or fictitious license.
