ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 5 a.m., Carl Boyington, 23, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct for giving liquor to a minor.

5:04 p.m., Robert Bernier, 48, of New Vineyard, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault with priors.

8: 30 p.m., Howard Barry, 60, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 2:11 p.m., Anthony Joseph Kilmer, 35, of Madison, was arrested on three warrants.

8:57 p.m., Nelson Scott Wheeler, 25, of Cornville, was arrested on a charge of probation hold.

10:52 p.m., Dale Cunningham, 54, of Ripley, was arrested on a warrant.

Wednesday at 1:22 a.m., Gary Preston Dodge, 31, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of failing to appear.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 8:13 p.m., Jarret Peter Fortin, 23, of Winslow, was summoned on charges of violating a condition of release and possession of marijuana.

9:55 p.m., Jacob S. Gurney, 33, of Winslow, was summoned on a prior charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license and a charge of possession of suspended or fictitious license.

10:37 p.m., Glen A. Noyes Jr., 35, of Waterville, was summoned on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and possession of a suspended or fictitious license.

11:24 p.m., Amy Jean Santiago, 34, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of use of drug paraphernalia.
