John J. Bradley, 41, of Moscow, operating under the influence, failing to stop for an officer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and two counts operating while license suspended or revoked, all Dec. 29, 2015, in Bingham; dismissed.
Joshua S. Demby, 46, of Bingham, operating after habitual offender revocation Sept. 12, 2015, in Solon, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug and operating after habitual offender revocation, both Oct. 12, 2015, in Bingham; $1,400 in fines, 30-day jail sentence, one-year administrative release.
