6:31 p.m., Richard G. Carruthers, 71, of Madison, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release.
IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 2:42 p.m., Jaclyn C. Spencer, 26, of Clinton, was arrested on a warrant.
