8:06 p.m., Jason P. Courtemanche, 42, of Clinton, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 7:19 p.m., Shelby T. Skidgell, 29, of Moscow, was arrested on two warrants for probation revocation and a warrant for failure to appear in court.

10:18 p.m., Jeffery S. Lancaster, 53, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 7:40 p.m., Laurie Philbrick, 42, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of violation of condition of release.
