IN KENNEBEC COUNTY, Monday at 9:40 p.m., Mark Anthony Kennedy, 47, of Winslow, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 9:14 a.m., Brian Lee Stratton, 37, of Pittsfield, was arrested on a charge of violating a protective order.

1:33 p.m., Gordan Joseph Ginnish, 30, of Plymouth, was arrested on a writ.
