ARRESTS

IN SIDNEY, Monday at 8:06 p.m., Warren Lot Sidelinger, 35, of Windsor, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 10:25 p.m., Dennis Arthur Ogden, 57, of Madison, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.

Tuesday at 12:14 a.m., David L. Haney, 27, of Canaan, was arrested and charged with OUI.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 9:34 p.m., Verle Harris, 44, of Waterville, was arrested and charged with aggravated operating after habitual offender, OUI and attaching false plates.

SUMMONSES

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 6:30 a.m., Luigi Pacelli, 21, of Waterville, was summoned and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
