ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday at 11:30 p.m., Sara Welch, 29, of Livermore Falls, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 1:19 p.m., Nichole Marie Braley, 30, of Pittsfield, was arrested and charged with theft by deception, misuse of identification and violating condition of release.

2:04 p.m., Ronald Harris, 49, of La Place, Louisiana, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.

9:31 p.m., Stephanie Alexis Freeman 28, of Skowhegan, was arrested and charged with violating condition of release and unsworn falsification.

Monday at 12:27 a.m., Richard Gordon Carruthers, 71, of Madison, was arrested and charged with domestic violence criminal threatening.

2:06 a.m., Shan Michael Chapman, 47, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 6:27 p.m., John Larson, 25, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with assault.

Monday at 12:30 a.m., Shannon Begin, 39, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.
