IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 1:04 a.m., Thomas R. Brooks, 29, of Oakland, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 9:35 a.m., Justin Carl Porter, 32, of Smithfield, was arrested on probation hold.

8:37 p.m., Alan Wayne Simonds, 47, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 4:05 p.m., Alan Lessard, 49, of Canaan, was arrested on charges of violating conditional release and a protection from abuse order.
