ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Edward Wetherell, 44, of Avon, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

IN OAKLAND, Monday at 7:23 a.m., Donald P. Emery, 38, of Oakland, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

12:46 p.m., Teena Savage, 43, of Oakland, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 11:37 a.m., Megan Nichole Burns, 19, of St. Albans, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of heroin and scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

12:53 p.m., Roger Feltis, 25, of Canaan, was arrested on probation hold.

3:20 p.m., Timothy James Stanton, 36, of Norridgewock, was arrested on probation hold.

7:11 p.m., Stephanie Alexis Freeman, 28, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday at 2:11 a.m., Tracey Leroy Steward, 51, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of violating conditional release.

SUMMONSES
