Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 4:46 p.m., Ronald Gary Stewart, 60, of Moscow, was arrested on charges of operating an unregistered car and violating the conditions of release.

5:34 p.m., Matthew Michael Crowley, 32, of Solon, was arrested as a fugitive from justice.
