7:04 p.m., Cheryl A. Ianozi, 48, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 2:14 p.m., Ryan Donnell Libby, 38, of North Turner, was arrested on a warrant.

3:25 p.m., Jessica Jean Belmain, 42, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of violating a protective order.

7:12 p.m., Leonard Paul Roy, 47, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of terrorizing, disorderly conduct and harassment.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 7 p.m., Krista Marie Lizak, 46, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

11:50 p.m., Alexandria M. Parrish, 21, of Oakland, was arrested on a charge of assault.

SUMMONSES

IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 6:09 a.m., James P. Tsoukalas, 37, of Skowhegan, was summoned on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

2:04 p.m., Kyle Marsh, 25, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was summoned on charges of attaching false plates, failing to register a vehicle, failing to produce evidence of insurance and driving without a valid inspection certificate.
