ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Sunday at 8 p.m., Thomas Edward Smith, 61, of Hallowell was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (less than $500), after theft was reported on Stone Street.

GARDINER

Saturday at 7:44 p.m., Cory Paul Toothaker, 32, of Augusta was arrested on a warrant and a charge of operating under the influence, after a fight was reported on Water Street. At the same time, Daniel Boochko, 22, of Pittston was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

WINDSOR

Sunday at 8:50 a.m., Wyatt Wilson, 40, of Augusta was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass, on Route 32.
