ARRESTS

IN CHINA, Saturday at noon, Shawn J. Donovan, 58, of China, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

IN FAIRFIELD, Saturday at 1:40 a.m., a 16-year-old was arrested on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and town ordinance curfew violation.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday, Darleen Hamel, 59, of Chesterville, was arrested on a charge of tampering with a victim.

Monday, Colin Phillips, 40, of Roxbury, Connecticut, was arrested on charges of burglary and assault with a dangerous weapon.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 6:01 p.m., Devin Joseph Chambers, 21, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of burglary, criminal mischief, terrorizing and assault.

IN VASSALBORO, Saturday at 7:25 p.m., John Arthur Tompkins, 43, of Winslow, was arrested and charged with violation of a protective order.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 2:22 p.m., Jasmine Bryant, 23, of Waterville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.

3:50 p.m., Melinda Landry, 37, of Rome, was arrested on three warrants.

SUMMONSES

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 2:36 p.m., Xavier Wolfe Fanjoy, 18, of Waterville, was summonsed and charged with minor consuming liquor.

IN WINSLOW, Sunday at 6:50 p.m., Kristi L. Strout, 24, of Oakland, was summonsed and charged with assault.
