ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Thursday, Michael Mears, 30, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on a charge of possession of a schedule Z drug.

Melissa Couture, 33, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule Z drug and providing a false name, as well as a warrant for failure to appear.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 9:39 a.m., Rex Dennett Hinerman, 61, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

11:40 a.m., Derek Ames Knowles, 37, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold.

2:48 p.m., Derek Richard Lindsay, 45, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants for unpaid fines.

4:24 p.m., Michael John Richardson, 27, of Bingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday at 12:29 a.m., Glen Arthur Carlow, 45, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

2:24 a.m., Ryan Adam Quimby, 33, of Madison, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing and criminal mischief.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 11:58 a.m., Jay A. Buotte, 55, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of drinking in public and violating conditions of release.

9 p.m., Emanuel Samuel Allen, 22, of Waterville, was arrested on two warrants.

SUMMONSES

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 4:59 p.m., Melinda-Marie Palmer, 32, of Waterville, was summoned on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate.

4:59 p.m., Page S. Antone, 47, of Skowhegan, was summoned on a charge of violating conditions of release.

5:43 p.m., Krista Marie Lizak, 46, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of drinking in public.

6:45 p.m., David Scott Hewes, 41, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of shoplifting.

10:19 p.m., Brandon L. Smith, 20, of Sidney, was summoned on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.
