6:54 p.m., a black cat was hit by a vehicle on Water Street.

Thursday at 5:05 a.m., a suspicious person was reported on Brunswick Avenue.

HALLOWELL

Wednesday at 10:45 a.m., an officer attempted to serve a subpoena on Warren Street.

7 p.m., an officer attempted to serve a subpoena on Warren Street.

9:31 p.m., an officer served a subpoena on Warren Street.

MONMOUTH

Thursday at 1:25 a.m., there was a traffic accident on Route 126.

WINDSOR

Wednesday at 9:17 a.m., old ammunition was reported on South Belfast Road.

ARRESTS AUGUSTA

Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., Derrick Uriah Smith, 28, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (heroin) and trafficking imitation scheduled drugs after drug offenses were reported on Washington Street.

10:03 p.m., Alice L. Roy, 56, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with violating a condition of release after a 911 hang-up call on Summer Street.

Thursday at 1:08 a.m., Joseph A. Munster, 36, of Vassalboro, was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop on Water and Winthrop streets.
