ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 3:52 p.m., Trevor Aaron Lewis, 19, of Benton, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, domestic violence terrorizing and refusing to submit to arrest.

4:25 p.m., Joseph Ryan Arbour, 31, of Mercer, was arrested on probation hold.

7:36 p.m., Patrick John Beck, 36, was arrested on charges of theft and refusing to submit to arrest.

8:09 p.m., Sebastian Olav Ames, 21, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.

9:19 p.m., Randy Joseph Poirier, 29, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle after a habitual offender license revocation with a prior offense.

9:21 p.m., David A. Scribner, 63, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, criminal restraint and assault.

11:40 p.m., Leif Wolfgang Schinzel, 31, of Norridgewock, was arrested on three warrants for failure to appear.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 11 p.m., Steven Warfield, 39, of Canaan, was arrested on charges of heroin possession and violating conditions of release.

SUMMONS

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at Jared Peter Fuller, 32, of Waterville, was summoned on charges of dangerous dog complaint violations and allowing a dog to be at large.
