ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Zachary Webber, 35, of Madrid Township, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

Michael Alick, 60, of Oquossoc, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 10:53 a.m., Jose Antonio Cruz, 29, of Hartland, was arrested on a charge of violating probation.

2:51 p.m., Phillip Scott Carlo, 33, of Skowhegan, was arrested on six counts of possession of sexually explicit material.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 3:29 p.m., Samantha Clark, 33, of Winslow, was arrested on a probation hold.

7:50 p.m., Amy Jean Hudson, 34, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

10:26 p.m., Thomas Rose, 26, of Plymouth, was arrested on a warrant.

Wednesday at 12:32 a.m., Isaac A. O’Connor, 21, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of burglary after allegedly smashing in the front door to the Treasure Chest II on Sanger Avenue and stealing a few chargers.

SUMMONSES

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 4:24 p.m., James L. Mello, 66, of Brewer, was summoned on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

10:02 p.m., Alexander A. Rizza III, 28, of Pittsfield, was summoned on a charge of operating a vehicle with an expired license.
