IN FARMINGTON, Wednesday at 1:34 a.m., a person was removed from Water Street.

ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 11:29 p.m., Christian Frederick-John Rowden, 27, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 1:29 p.m., Mark Daniel McCormick, 33, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of violating a condition of release.

5:43 p.m., Matthew Douglas Smith, 36, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle after a suspension.

7:40 p.m., Michael Joseph Coleman-Rock, 32, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of violating a protective order and conditions of release.

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 12:03 p.m., Randy Sanchez, 25, of Oakland, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and aggravated forgery.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 3:19 p.m., Dean Thomas Lee, 39, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for theft.

5:26 p.m., Theresa Lynn Hebert, 49, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

6:30 p.m., Danielle Marie Fisher, 27, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7:45 p.m., Katelyn E. Elwell, 18, listed as homeless, was arrested on a charge of driving without a license.

Nicholas A. Hinerman, 28, also listed as homeless, was arrested on charges of having a firearm while prohibited and violating a condition of release.

8:24 p.m., Paul Barraza, 42, of Clinton, was arrested on two warrants.

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 7:42 a.m., Anthony Johnson Englesbobb, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of cocaine, with prior offenses, and violating a condition of release.

SUMMONSES

IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday at 9:21 p.m., a 17-year-old was summoned on charges of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 4:49 p.m., Kelly Lynn McCullough, 40, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for more than 150 days.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7:02 p.m., Sean Fogg, 20, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of illegally possessing liquor while a minor.

Elizabeth H. Rich, 19, of Waterville, was summoned on charges of illegally possessing liquor while a minor and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.
