ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday, Ryan Given, 28, of Oakland, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

Charles Sager III, 52, of North Monmouth, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

Caleb Hupper, 27, of Livermore, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, operating a vehicle under the influence and without a license, violating conditions of release, possession of schedule W drugs and falsifying evidence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 7:20 p.m., Kathryn Rice, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

9:41 p.m., Devin Chambers, 21, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 1:33 a.m., Shane Pelletier, 25, of Augusta, was arrested on a probation hold and a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

2:30 a.m., Eric Davis, 44, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of burglary and theft.

SUMMONSES

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 10:27 p.m., Reuben Isaac Begin, 28, of Winslow, was summoned on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.
