IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 8:36 a.m., Glendon Henry Blouin, 36, of Canaan, was arrested on two warrants.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 9:09 p.m., Brian Skehan, 33, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

SUMMONSES

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 1:55 p.m., William Rice, 69, of Fairfield, was summoned on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 12:32 p.m., Denise Marie Littlefield, 48, of Fairfield, was summoned on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5:35 p.m., William C. Heald 21, of Waterville, was summoned on possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
