ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Samuel Warren, 19, of Phillips, was arrested on charges of failing to stop for an officer and criminal speeding.

Elijah Inman, 18, of Dallas Plantation, was arrested on a charge of criminal speeding.

Tyler Stuard, 22, of Wilton, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release, operating a vehicle after a suspension and driving to endanger.

Joseph Bergeron, 37, of Temple, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release, violation of a protection order and impersonating a public servant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 11:05 a.m., Bryan Roland Legere, 26, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of probation violation.

2:10 p.m., Verna Buker, 46, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.

5:31 p.m., Robert A. Lombardi, 47, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants.

5:33 p.m., Jacob Collins, 21, of Skowhegan, was arrested on three warrants.

10:59 p.m., Donald Lee Bessey, 66, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and refusing to sign a criminal summons.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7:50 p.m., Scott Leo, 28, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

9:28 p.m., Paul Schafer, 42, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

11:39 p.m., Zeke M. Ames, 27, of Benton, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle with a revoked license, violating conditions of release, criminally operating a vehicle under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest.

Thursday at 1 a.m., Marie Towers, 37, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant, and Cassie Robbins, 36, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of fugitive from justice, operating a vehicle after a suspension and failing to provide a correct name.

SUMMONS

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 12:58 p.m., Chelsea A. Wyman, 25, of Washington, was summoned on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, in Elm Plaza.
