ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday at 10:14 a.m., Michael Russell, 28, of Farmington, was arrested on a warrant for a charge of operating a vehicle after a habitual offender revocation.

5:05 p.m., Brendan Hall, 24, of Jay, was arrested on four warrants for unpaid fines.

Saturday at 1:34 a.m., Devon Pease, 24, of Jay, was arrested on probation hold.

3:37 a.m., Dakota Paul, 22, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 4:07 p.m., Joseph Arthur McManus, 36, of Madison, was arrested on charges of refusal to submit to arrest or detention and attaching false plates, as well as three warrants.

6:35 p.m., Joseph Richard McKenna, 46, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for probation revocation.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 9:30 a.m., Danilo A. Guthro, 21, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

Saturday at 12:52 a.m., Shane Carter, 22, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

SUMMONSES

IN OAKLAND, Friday at 8:38 p.m., Michael J. Frost, 40, of Oakland, was summoned on a charge of being a habitual motor vehicle offender.

Saturday at 1:04 a.m., Kirk Mullen, 37, of Oakland, was summoned on charges of disorderly conduct.

IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 12:43 a.m., Zeke Matthew Ames, 27, of Benton, was summoned on charges of violating a condition of release and operating a vehicle after a habitual offender revocation with a prior offense.

1:15 a.m., Sterling Hazen Hartin, 23, of Benton, was summoned on charges of violating a condition of release and operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license with a prior offense.
