ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 9:03 a.m., Lindsey A. Pollis, 32, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

2:30 p.m., Michael J. Brochu, 53, of Manchester, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of fishing in a restricted area.

5:37 p.m., Lysandria R. Lewis, 29, of Rangeley, was arrested on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and permitting unlawful use.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 10:32 a.m., Shaun Warren Wheeler, 36, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

11 a.m., Garth William Broz, 33, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant on an affidavit for violating a condition of release.

12:22 p.m., Todd Thomas Spencer, 26, of Hartland, was arrested on probation hold.

3:08 p.m., Robert A. Lombardi, 47, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a public way.

5 p.m., Paul J. Withee, 57, of Palmyra, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release and violating a protection order.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 4:42 p.m., Mark Beaulieu, 44, of Oakland, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle after a revocation for being a habitual offender, with one prior conviction, as well as a warrant and probation hold.

6:48 p.m., Kathryn Hopkins, 26, of Winslow, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.

Wednesday at 12:22 a.m., Lisa Lewandowski, 53, of Smithfield, was arrested on a warrant.
