ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 11:45 a.m., Bryonna J. Testa, 23, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 12:55 a.m., Rebecca R. Holbrook, 27, of Carrabassett Valley, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

5:30 p.m., Jonathan J. Nurse, 42, of Mexico, was arrested on probation revocation.

9 p.m., Isacc K. Stanley, 44, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 5:11 p.m., Ashley Wolfe, 24, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and obstructing government administration.

4:45 p.m., Isaac C. Whitney, 35, of Winslow, was arrested on charges of assault and criminal mischief.

10:16 p.m., Gregory H. Libby, 46, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

11:11 p.m., Scott A. Marlow, 28, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

11:38 p.m., Jessica E. Frederick, 32, of Skowehgan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 10:04 a.m., Amanda Gail Sanipas, 29, of Waterville, was arrested after police executed a search warrant on her apartment on two charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and on charge of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, as well as a warrant.

10:04 a.m., Ruben Rincon, 32, of Waterville, was arrested after police executed a search warrant on his apartment on a charge of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 3:23 p.m., Stephanie C. Coutu, 22, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, with a prior offense.

4:50 p.m., Jacob I. Paradis, 30, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

10:01 p.m., Deborah A. Clement, 31, of Waterville, was summoned on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, with a prior offense.

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 8:17 a.m., Tonya Leigh Price, 34, of Winslow, was summoned on charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, with a prior offense, and possession of a suspended or fictitious license.
