ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 10:56 a.m., Eric Fitch, 38, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

3:40 p.m., Michael Toomey, 46, of Kingfield, was arrested on a warrant as a fugitive from justice.

10 p.m., Ryan Towle, 36, of Carthage, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

10:53 p.m., Tracy Dingus, 44, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 1:31 p.m., Terry B. Whitney, 63, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2:23 p.m., Christopher Mark Heim, 19, of Newport, was arrested on a warrant.

6:24 p.m., Louis Feliciani, 52, of Garland, was arrested on a charge of visual sexual aggression against a child.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 4:40 p.m., Daniel A. Groover, 42, of Waterville, was arrested on a probation hold and a charge of criminal mischief after breaking a window at the Fire Department.

9:14 p.m., Allen Jenness-Libby, 26, of Waterville, was arrested on three warrants.

Tuesday at 12:29 a.m., Michael Dreyer, 43, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle after a license revocation for being a habitual offender, as well as a warrant.

SUMMONSES

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 12:50 p.m., a 17-year-old juvenile was summoned on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possessing liquor while a minor, at Hannaford in Elm Plaza.

7:09 p.m., a 15-year-old was summoned on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possessing liquor while a minor, on Main Street.

Tuesday at 12:08 a.m., Jeffrey A. Sinclair, 51, of Benton, was summoned on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
