ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 11:38 a.m., Toby Hellgren, 62, of Temple, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault with prior offenses.

9:14 p.m., Randi Sencabaugh, 32, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

6:12 p.m., Brandon Flagg, 27, of Jay, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 12:27 p.m., Jessica Lynn Holmes, 29, of Moscow, was arrested on probation hold as well as charges of using improper license plates and operating a vehicle after a suspension.

2:19 p.m., Nichole Leigh Shortreed, 34, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3:24 p.m., Adam Nichols, 21, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3:49 p.m., Jacob M. Hemingway, 27, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants for failing to appear on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

7:27 p.m., Lewis B. Weed, 43, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

7:55 p.m., Wayne H. Price, 42, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
