ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday at 2:02 p.m., Rui Du, 21, of Malden, was arrested on a charge of motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit.

7:05 p.m., Billie-Jo McDonald, 29, of Lewiston, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 3:12 a.m., Roger Joseph Plourde, 33, of Skowhegan, was arrested on probation hold.

6:54 a.m., Douglas Lee Tibbetts, 50, of Jackson, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and violating a conditional release.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 9:09 p.m., Nichole Leigh Casey, 34, of Windsor, was arrested on a warrant on Elm Street.

Monday at 1:23 a.m., Julianna Marie Castaneda, 31, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

SUMMONSES

IN FAIRFIELD, Friday at 9:08 p.m., Matthew Genness, 36, of Clinton, was summoned on a charge of keeping an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

Saturday at 3:56 p.m., John Lewis Moore, 44, of Fairfield, was summoned on a charge of criminal mischief.
