ARRESTS
IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 9:05 a.m., Shawn Burnell, 23, of Farmington, was arrested on a probation hold.
11:54 a.m., Christopher Benoit, 40, of Sabattus, was arrested on two warrants.
3:01 p.m., Michael Hood, 56, of Lewiston, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.
IN WATERVILLE, 11:10 a.m., James D. Kitchin, 39, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of failure to comply with sex offender registration act and violating conditions of release.
10:31 p.m., Matthew Alan Hubbard, 36, of Winslow, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of schedule W drugs with prior offenses, violating a condition of release and selling and using drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on probation hold and a warrant.
