IN FAIRFIELD, Friday at 8:26 a.m., Joel E. Kidd, 39, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday at 5:48 p.m., Colendies Williams Jr., 24, of Lewiston, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without a license, failing to provide a correct name, address or date of birth and failure to register a vehicle.

6:17 p.m., Donna Terrio, 29, of Canton, was arrested on a charge of permitting unlawful use.

7:42 p.m., Shawn Savage, 36, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 8:04 a.m., Thomas Towle, 30, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 3:33 p.m., Robert L. Salley, 34, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant at The Concourse.

11:27 p.m., Kurt A. Jalbert, 35, of Presque Isle, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle after a habitual offender revocation.

7:21 p.m., Lewis Grimes Bamberg, 48, of Augusta, was summoned on a criminal charge of operating a vehicle after a suspension.

9:42 p.m., Dyln A. Packard, 24, of Albion, was summoned on a charge of motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the limit.

Saturday at 8:11 p.m., Michael E. Tuttle, 28, of Springvale, was summoned on a charge of possession of marijuana.

11:16 p.m., Jessica S. LaCourse, 36, of Clinton, was summoned on a criminal charge of operating a vehicle after a suspension.
