ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Sunday at 3:59 p.m., Camille J. Brassard, 73, of Gardiner, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures.

5:08 p.m., three people were arrested following a report of suspicious activity on Western Avenue. Benjamin J. Burns, 29, of Vassalboro was charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. Justin Oakley Smith, 28, of Pittston, was charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, criminal forfeiture of property and violation of probation. Katelyn Pierce, 28, of Jefferson, was charged with possession of hypodermic apparatuses.

GARDINER

Saturday at 1:21 a.m., David Kirby Taylor, 54, of Dresden, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

WINTHROP

Saturday at 11:15 p.m., Brock R. Hamilton, 29, of Farmingdale, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
